    Soignon Ripened goat log 450g

  • 4

    buckwheat crepes

  • 2

    apples

  • 4

    onions

  • 2 càs

    honey

  • Salt

Steps in the recipe

  • Step 1

    Peel and slice the onions. Heat some fat in a skillet on low heat and brown the onions. After 10 minutes add the honey with a dash of water. Stir and season with salt. Reduce and caramelize.

  • Step 2

    Core the apples and cut them into quarters. Heat some fat in a skillet on low heat and brown the apple quarters for about 15 minutes. Leave to cook on medium heat.

  • Step 3

    Reheat the buckwheat crepes in a skillet. Divide the onions and apple slices between the crepes and top each one with 3 slices of RIpened Goat cheese log

  • Step 4

    Put in the oven for 5 minutes at 200°C. Serve with a green salad.
