  • 8

    dried apricots

  • 2 càs

    pistachio, chopped

  • 3 càs

    pecans

  • 50 g

    dried cranberries

  • A little honey

Steps in the recipe

  • Step 1

    Spread some Soignon Whipped goat cheese on the slices of bread.

  • Step 2

    Dice the apricots. Divide them up on the 4 slices of bread.

  • Step 3

    Top with the pistachios.

  • Step 4

    Divide the pecans and cranberries among the remaining 4 slices of bread.

  • Step 5

    Drizzle honey over all the slices of bread and serve.
