Soignon Unripend goat log Plain, 125g
- 3 càs
flower honey
- 2
garlic cloves
- 2 càc
thyme
Olive oil
Salt and pepper
Steps in the recipe

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2
Slice the figs crosswise and place them in an ovenproof dish.
Step 3
Drizzle with olive oil and honey and bake for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Mash the Soignon fresh goat cheese log with a fork.
Step 5
Garnish the cooked figs with a spoonful of goat cheese. Season with salt and pepper sprinkle some thyme on top.
Step 6
Bake again for 6-8 minutes.
Step 7
Toast the bread slices and rub them with garlic.
Step 8
Serve the figs on the slices of bread.
