  • 1/2 camembert style soignon

  • 125 g

    green asparagus

  • 20

    cl light cream

  • 2

    eggs

  • 50 g

    flaked almonds

  • Salt, pepper

  • 4

    Camembert boxes (stapled for strength)

  • Step 1

    Preheat the oven to 180°C.

  • Step 2

    Trim the asparagus, steam for 15 minutes, and then cut into pieces.

  • Step 3

    Beat the eggs together with the light cream. Season the mixture with salt and pepper and add the pieces of asparagus.

  • Step 4

    Line the Camembert boxes with parchment paper. Cut the Camembert de Chevre into pieces and place in the boxes until 3/4 filled. Sprinkle with the flaked almonds and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
