    Soignon Spreadable goat cheese Plain 150g pot

  • 350 g

    tagliatelle pasta

  • 2

    leeks

  • 1

    garlic clove

  • 20

    chive stems

  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

Steps in the recipe

  • Step 1

    Wash the leek and slice thinly.

  • Step 2

    Peel the garlic clove, remove the green sprout in the middle and finely chop.

  • Step 3

    Heat a little oil in a frying pan and sauté the garlic and leek for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Step 4

    Meanwhile, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil, and cook the pasta following the instructions on the packet.

  • Step 5

    Drain the pasta.

  • Step 6

    Heat the Soignon Spreadable pot with 5 cl water and the chopped chives.

  • Step 7

    Add the pasta and leek to the sauce. Mix well and serve.
