    sheets of phyllo dough

  • 1

    Soignon Creamy ripened log, 150g

  • 1

    Granny Smith apple

  • Honey

  • A few walnuts

Steps in the recipe

  • Step 1

    Cut the phyllo sheets in half.

  • Step 2

    Slice the Soignon Creamy Ripened Goat Log into 16 pieces.

  • Step 3

    Chop the apple into small pieces (a bit smaller than 5 mm).

  • Step 4

    Place a piece of apple and a slice of goat cheese on each sheet of phyllo.

  • Step 5

    Drizzle with a bit of honey and a few nuts (to taste for both).

  • Step 6

    Fold the phyllo sheets to make samosas (triangle shape).

  • Step 7

    Preheat your oven to 200°C and then bake for 5 to 10 minutes (time varies according to the type of oven).

  • Step 8

    Enjoy as a snack or as an appetiser with a side salad… Bon appetit!!!
