  • For the chicken meatballs:

  • 500 g

    chicken breast, diced

  • 1

    plain yogurt

  • 2 càs

    cashews

  • 2

    garlic cloves, crushed

  • 2

    cm fresh ginger, grated

  • 1 càc

    paprika

  • 1 càs

    garam masala

  • 2 càs

    flour

  • 1 càs

    oil

  • Salt and pepper

  • For the goat cheese sauce:

  • 2

    Soignon Unripened goat log Plain

  • 2 càs

    cilantro, chopped

  • 1 càs

    lime juice

  • 4 càs

    cashews

  • A few chili slices (to taste)

Steps in the recipe

  • Step 1

    Make the goat cheese sauce. Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate.

  • Step 2

    Make the chicken meatballs. Mix all the ingredients together except for the flour and oil and shape into balls the size of a large walnut.

  • Step 3

    Heat the oil in a large skillet. Roll the balls in the flour and brown them in the skillet for 15 minutes.

  • Step 4

    Serve the chicken meatballs either hot or warm with the goat cheese sauce.
