    slices of Soignon Gouda slices

  • 8

    slices of sourdough bread

  • 150 g

    dried duck breast filet slices

  • 8

    cherry tomatoes

  • 75 g

    walnuts

  • 2

    chives

  • 60 g

    parmesan, grated

  • 12

    cl olive oil

Steps in the recipe

  • Step 1

    Put the walnut kernels, parmesan and olive oil into a small blender and blend until smooth.

  • Step 2

    Slice the cherry tomatoes and divide them between the sandwiches. Add the duck breast slices with the fat trimmed off and cover with two slices of goat cheese.

  • Step 3

    Add a little of the chopped chives to finish. Top with another piece of bread.
