Soignon Extra creamy ripened log, 180g
- 1
pie crust
- 4
endives
- 2 càs
honey
Butter
Salt and pepper
Steps in the recipe
Garder mon écran éveillé
Step 1
Cut the bottoms off the endives and slice them into 4 lengthways.
Step 2
Melt a pat of butter with the honey, then add the endives.
Step 3
Season with salt and pepper. Then, leave to caramelize slightly on each side for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Meanwhile, cut 4 circles out of the pie crust the same diameter as your tart pans.
Step 5
Divide the cooked endives between the pans.
Step 6
Cover the pastry.
Step 7
Preheat your oven to 180°C and bake for 25 minutes.
Step 8
Add two round slices of the extra creamy ripened log on top and place back in the oven for 2 minutes.
