Why does Eurial International collect your data? 

Website security 

We may need to keep computer traces of your visit to our Website in order to prevent and detect security incidents, to secure your Personal Data and our information systems. The legal basis for such processing is legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR). 

Connection logs are kept for a period of 6 months from the date of the activity. 

Data collected via hCaptcha  

A hCaptcha is installed on the contact form. By distinguishing between human and robot behavior, hCaptcha detects abusive website traffic and helps prevent hacking. It therefore protects Eurial International and your personal data.  

In this way, hCaptcha collects information about hardware and software, such as device and application data, only to the extent necessary to provide, maintain and improve the service, and for general security purposes.

Limiting multiple ratings  

To ensure that each recipe can only be rated once, we use simple technical measures to limit multiple ratings. For this purpose, only the IP address is processed. This processing is based on our legitimate interest (article 6.1.f of the GDPR). 

It shall be kept 1 year.

Contact form 

The personal data collected in the form are recorded in a file. The legal basis for the processing is consent (article 6.1.a of the GDPR). 

The data marked with an asterisk in the form must be provided. Otherwise, your request cannot be processed. 

The Personal Data collected will be communicated to the department in charge of processing your request, depending on the purpose of the request. Depending on the purpose of your request, the data may also be shared with other entities within the Agrial Group.

They shall be kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last contact.

Geolocation

Personal Data is collected when this feature is activated. The legal basis for processing is consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR). It allows you to find the nearest store based on your location.

Exercising your rights 

The personal data collected in the form are recorded in a file. The legal basis for the processing is compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6.1.c of the GDPR). 

The data marked with an asterisk in the form must be provided. Otherwise, your request cannot be processed. 

The Personal Data collected will be communicated to the department in charge of processing your request, depending on the purpose of the request.

It will be kept for the calendar year of the request, plus five years.

Details of recipients and retention periods 

Public and judicial authorities 

Personal Data may be processed in the context of managing requests from public or judicial authorities or in the context of communications with any authorities. The legal basis for such processing is legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR). 

The data collected will be communicated, within the company Eurial International or the AGRIAL Group, to the persons concerned by the requests/communications with the authorities, to the support services of the AGRIAL Group, including the legal department, and may be shared with consultants, service providers and/or subcontractors. 

It is kept for the duration of the procedure in front of the authority concerned. 

Clarification of retention periods 

At the end of the retention periods detailed in the above treatments, your Personal Data will either be deleted or anonymised. However, your Personal Data may be kept for a longer period of time in so-called “intermediate” archives in order to comply with legal obligations or to comply with applicable legal limitation periods or to safeguard the rights of Eurial International, until all legal remedies have been exhausted; it will then be deleted or anonymised. 

Your rights on your data 

You may access your data, rectify it, request its deletion or exercise your right to limit the processing of your data. Where the use of your data has required your consent, you have the right to withdraw that consent at any time. In some cases, you may also object to the processing of your data and exercise your right to data portability.
